Part-Time Technical Director

Help lead the technical development of players and coaches across the club. Working closely with club leadership, you’ll support training standards, player evaluations, team development, and the club-wide coaching philosophy. A leadership role for someone who loves developing players, mentoring coaches, and building a strong club culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain the club’s playing philosophy and development standards
  • Support player evaluations, tryouts, and team placement
  • Mentor coaches and assist with session planning
  • Coach multiple teams and support league/tournament play

Qualifications

  • Previous youth soccer coaching experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • USSF coaching license preferred, but not required
  • Experience with multi-sport athletes is a plus

Schedule: Primarily evenings and weekends, with additional opportunities through camps and clinics. Compensation: Competitive part-time pay based on experience and responsibilities.

Experienced Part-Time Coach

Lead and develop youth soccer teams while creating a positive and competitive training environment. Ideal for coaches passionate about developing players the right way while building confidence, character, and a love for the game.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead team training sessions throughout the season
  • Coach league games, tournaments, and club events
  • Help players grow technically, tactically, and mentally
  • Communicate professionally with players and families

Qualifications

  • Previous youth soccer coaching experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • USSF coaching license preferred, but not required
  • Playing experience is a plus

Schedule: Primarily evenings and weekends, plus camps, clinics, and private training. Compensation: Competitive part-time pay; additional licenses and coaching education costs are covered.

Practice Assistant

Support our coaching staff during team training sessions and help create a positive, organized environment for players. This role is focused on practices only and does not require coaching games — a great first step into youth coaching for high school players, former players, and young leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist coaches during team training sessions
  • Help organize drills, equipment, and activities
  • Encourage and positively engage with younger players
  • Help demonstrate drills and activities when needed

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable, dependable, and enjoys working with kids
  • Soccer playing experience preferred
  • High school players encouraged to apply

Schedule: Primarily weekday evening practices; no game coaching required. Compensation: Hourly or session-based pay based on experience and availability.
